What sanctions are contemplated by the new regulations for companies that do not comply with their obligations?
Companies that fail to comply with the obligations contemplated in the new regulations face various penalties, depending on the nature and seriousness of the non-compliance.
Financial penalties
These can be up to €3,000 in the case of minor infringements and up to €60,000 in the case of serious infringements .
